1. In line with the policies and guidelines of the Karenni State Interim Arrangement formulated by the Karenni State Consultative Council(KSCC), and in accordance with its political leadership of KSCC, the Karenni State Interim Executive Council was officially formed, and the Karenni National Progressive Party warmly and proudly welcomes this formation.
2. 2.During the current revolutionary and interim period, the administrative and judicial sectors within Karenni State have deteriorated and weakened. To effectively fulfil the necessary services and provide assistance to the public, the Karenni National Progressive Party’s Karenni State Government will cooperate and work jointly with the Karenni State Interim Executive Council across the various sectors where support is needed.
3. We hereby express our belief that, from the interim period until the establishment of a Federal Democratic Union, all Karenni nationals and residents of Karenni State will work together in unity to fully exercise the right to self-determination, collectively build the development of the state, and quickly reach a new People’s Victory Day where all can live together peacefully.
