During October 2025, as part of its monthly activities, the Karenni State Consultative Council conducted a presentation of the officially adopted policy on “Interim Agricultural and Livestock Policies of Karenni State” to local farmers.

In the meeting, key policies, regulations, and implementation guidelines related to agricultural and livestock development were discussed. Farmers were also allowed to ask questions, share their experiences, and provide suggestions to the Council.

Through these meetings, the Council aims to enhance farmers’ understanding of the policies and promote the sustainable development of the agricultural and livestock sectors under a policy framework.
