Regarding the security matter, in order to maintain the rule of law and manage public security matters within the Kay lyar Township, the relevant Security Committee was formed and has been assigned to take its role. Therefore, the Township Security Committee hereby issues this order, which is related to the public administration mechanism and security matters, and announces to the public to be aware and follow the rules and regulations as below.
Rules and Regulations to be followed regarding Township Security,
(a) Travel within the township is permitted only between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM, except for emergency matters. (Curfew is in effect outside these hours).
(b) Logging is (completely) prohibited.
(c) All acts that may harm public security or the revolution must be avoided.
(d) Effective legal action will be taken if the trading or usage of narcotic drugs or gambling activities is found.
(e) Failure to comply with the security rules and regulations issued within Kaylar Township will result in action being taken in accordance with the established rules and regulations.
