Order for Sentence Reduction and Amnesty

To commemorate the 150th Karenni National Day and in the spirit of humanitarian compassion, the Interim Executive Council of Karenni State, pursuant to Section 75(b) of the Interim Arrangements of Karenni State, hereby grants sentence reductions and amnesty to 176 prisoners held in various prisons/detention centers for offenses committed before June 21, 2025.

The specific pardons are as follows:
(a) Sentence Reduction: 148 individuals
(b) Full Amnesty: 28 individuals
